Green Beacon Properties LLC started in residential real estate and now also makes independent software: a narrative strategy game and a handful of quiet, useful apps.
We began in Chicago in 2020, buying, evaluating and selling homes in Illinois. The company is privately held, has no outside investors, and is run today from the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2026 the same small team turned to software. We like products that do one thing well, respect the people who use them, and do not need an account, an ad network or a data pipeline to work.
